Once you have placed your order with Body Jewelry and More we then check to make sure that nothing about your order is fraudulent
or stolen. It is important that you give us your precise billing address and
phone number associated with your credit card account when purchasing, if we
feel the order may be fraudulent we may need to call you to verify your order.
We apologize if this delays your order, but Body Jewelry and More has a no tolerance
policy on Fraudulent orders and we want to make sure that every order passing
through our web site is placed in a non-fraudulent manner.
Most packages in your order can be tracked via
our carriers' web sites. It may take up to 24 to 48 business hours for your
information to be posted on the carrier's web site from the date your order
is shipped. We will send you the confirmation and or tracking number directly
to the email you have provided and will include links for you to track or confirm
your order from UPS.com or USPS.com.

tracking information for international shipments.

and your order may arrive after the estimated arrival date for various reasons,
including unforeseen delays.
For example, your order may arrive after the
estimated arrival date in the checkout page for any of the following reasons:
Order contains items with longer than 2 day
Large orders that have more than 100 items may require longer processing time.
Delivery is to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.
Delivery is outside the 48 continental United States.
Delays for Canada and International orders due to customs clearance.
Delays due to problems with credit card authorization and verification.
Problems with uploaded designs or media that do not meet our recommended requirements
encountered during processing of your order.

Our most common shipping is our 5 Dollar shipping
inside of the united states and 7 dollar shipping for all Canada orders. It's
true you can add as much products as you want an inside of the untied states
is only 5 dollar shipping. If you are selecting a premium service such as USPS
Priority or UPS Ground the package pricing is based on weight and you can find
the rates by updating your cart shipping rates. These rates are not exact to
USPS or UPS but are very true to cost and as inexpensive as we could possibly
make them for you.
The items in your order may arrive in different
shipments. Depending on the type, quantity and weight of items in your order,
we may pack and ship them in different packages to ensure that they arrive on
time and undamaged. Most packages are track able via the carriers' web sites.

Body Jewelry and More offers a 30-day money back
guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item,
please contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will send you
an RMA or Shipping Label and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping
charges are not refundable unless item was defective or damaged during shipping
but we reserve the right for judgment if we feel that the item was destroyed
in your care.
